The Discover Hamilton Trail

Visit Hamilton Town Hall and ask for the Discover Hamilton Trail Map. It shows a ten-mile circuit of trails starting at the Town Hall and visiting such fascinating Hamilton natural areas as the Trustees of Reservations Appleton Farms Grass Rides, Bradley Palmer State Park, and the Essex County Greenbelt Willowdale Reservation.
